After you sign-up, you can begin to complete five milestones. We know that people who have successfully quit smoking naturally follow these 5 milestones. As you complete each exercise in this program, you will receive a trophy. Your information will be stored in these trophies, which you can check at any time by going to your personal "Control Centre".

Completing the milestones will take time, but it is time well spent. This process will help set you up for quitting success.
