If you have a question about quitting smoking, or if you have a question about changing your behaviour to help you quit smoking, please enter your question below.

Please note that we are unable to answer any questions that deal with psychological counselling or brand-name pharmaceutical (prescription) or over-the-counter drugs or nicotine replacement therapies (NRTs).

If you are experiencing some side-effects from an prescription or over-the-counter product, please contact your local emergency department, poison control center, doctor, therapist or local hospital.

I would like to report an error or technical problem

If you receive or detect an error while using our program or one of our tools, please report the error exactly as it appears in the space below. Remember, the more specific you are with feedback, the faster we’ll be able to fix it!

If you are experiencing a technical problem, chances are that others are also experiencing the same problem. The more information that you can give our IT Team, the quicker we’ll be able to help you.
