I forgot / lost my password
You can click on the link in the header that says “forgot password”. Your user information will be emailed to the address you registered with.
You can change your password and other profile information once you log in by following the link from your Trophy Case.
Please note that in order to protect your privacy, the Support Team cannot access your password or send it to you.
How do I subscribe / unsubscribe from support emails or text messages?
You may subscribe or unsubscribe from support emails or text messages at any time by logging in to your Trophy Case and following the link to “Change My Personal Profile.” There you may activate or deactivate any service, as well as change your email address or cell phone number.
Will I be charged for receiving text messages?
GM Kickbutts Smoking Cessation Program does not charge quitters to use the text messaging service (or any other service). While many cell phone plans allow users to receive text messages for free, certain wireless providers do charge users to receive text messages, usually only 5 or 10 cents per message.
GM Kickbutts Smoking Cessation Program is not responsible for any fees your provider may charge you, so please be sure to check with your wireless provider so you are aware of any charges (if any) that may be added to your bill.
Why am I getting an error message that says that I have to install the Microsoft .Net Framework?
To use V-CC Systems tools you need to have the Microsoft .NET Framework installed on your computer.

What kind of computer or operating system do I need to use V-CC Systems programs?
To use V-CC Systems tools you need to have the Microsoft .NET Framework installed on your computer. What kind of computer or operating system do I need to use V-CC Systems programs? V-CC Systems software platforms and tools are designed to be used on the most commonly used personal computer’s (PC’s) and operating systems. Whether you are participating in a V-CC Systems beta program or private-label program you will need to meet the following base requirements:
System Requirements:
- Windows 98 (1st and 2nd edition); or
- Windows ME; or
- Windows NT (service pack 6a); or
- Windows 2000 (service pack 3); or
- Windows XP Home Edition.
Other Requirements:
- Windows XP Professional (service pack 1); and/or
- Windows 2003 Server Editions; and
